Hey guys! Here are some recipes that I like to have in the back of my mind cause you never know when you’re going to need them! They might be a little weird but they are perfect if you live in a dorm or if you are short on time but want something healthy! There are a lot of good benefits to eating fat, especially in the morning. I personally really enjoy this tea and try to have it every day. It really gives me great energy and keeps me feeling full and good for a long time. It’s really amazing how just a little bit of coconut oil or butter in your life makes you feel so much better!
